By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to custom restaurant website design and development, online ordering and reservation systems, and optional recurring website hosting and management plans (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Offered

Wee Business builds a custom ordering and reservation website for independent restaurants at no upfront cost — the restaurant only pays if they approve the finished design, in two milestone payments as described in our current pricing. After launch, optional monthly plans (Starter, Foundation, Growth) provide ongoing hosting, a business phone number, messaging, and additional features as detailed on our website. Our Services are subject to change, enhancement, or modification without prior notice, at our discretion.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal operation of our Services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Except where otherwise stated, or where ownership is transferred to the client under our build agreement, Wee Business or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in this website and its content. All such intellectual property rights are reserved, subject to the license below.

5. License to Use Website

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages or other content from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms. You must not:

• Republish material from this website (including republication on another website).
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the website.
• Show any material from the website in public.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose.
• Edit or otherwise modify any material on the website.

6. User-Generated Content

In these Terms, “your user-generated content” refers to material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material) that you submit to our website, for whatever purpose. You grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your user-generated content in any existing or future media.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Website build fees are billed in milestones: no payment is due until the client approves the completed design , and a second payment is due at launch. Because the client reviews and approves the design before any payment is collected, build fees are generally non-refundable once paid, except at Wee Business’s discretion for specific cases.

Monthly plan subscriptions (Starter, Foundation, Growth) renew automatically and may be canceled at least seven days before the end of the current billing period to avoid renewal for the next period. Monthly fees already billed are generally non-refundable.

8. Limitations of Liability

Wee Business will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising under these Terms or in connection with our website or Services, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Amendments

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Revised terms will apply to the use of our website from the date of publication of the revised terms on our website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

10. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wee Business in relation to your use of our website and Services, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

12. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
